What happens on each visit?

The recurring schedule can cover internal bins, agreed surfaces and touch points, kitchens and washrooms, carpets, suitable hard floors and accessible internal glass. Periodic tasks such as skirting boards, vents, chair bases, partitions or a more detailed kitchen clean are listed separately with their frequency.

Outside ordinary commercial cleaning

• Hazardous, clinical or specialist waste and decontamination
• Mould remediation, pest treatment, industrial residue and post-construction work
• External windows, work at height and specialist access equipment
• Heavy clearances, bulky waste, floor restoration and unsafe or obstructed areas

Access, timing and site arrangements.

Before cleaning starts, the quote records the rooms and shared areas in scope, visit days and arrival window, access arrangements, site contact, waste point and any site rules. Products, equipment, bin liners and washroom consumables are confirmed for the site rather than assumed. Material changes to the area, facilities, frequency or task list need an updated agreement.
